From the Exeter direction:

Leave the M5 and take the A38/A380 road. Carry on until the road splits just after Kennford and the Gissons Inn on your left, and take the A380 for Torquay. Continue for about six or seven minutes, and you will pass a turn off for Ideford/Chudleigh, and then Olchard. Shortly after passing the Olchard turn off you will see an exit for Kingsteignton/Chudleigh B3193 - take this exit. Now follow the 'How To Get To Sampsons Farm' directions below.

From the Torquay direction:

Join the A380 just outside Torquay. Go through the Penn Inn roundabout at Newton Abbot and carry on in the Exeter direction. Continue, passing the exit for Kingsteignton/Newton Abbot Racecourse, and take the second exit, for Kingsteignton/Chudleigh B3193. Take the left turn at the end of the sliproad. Now follow the 'How To Get To Sampsons Farm' directions below.

How To Get To Sampsons Farm:

Continue along the road, passing the Ten Tors pub on your left, then take the right turning, signposted for Chudleigh B3193. Continue until you reach a roundabout with a toll house. Take the Preston/Chudleigh B3193 road. About one minute along the road on the left you will see a signpost for Preston and a brown tourism sign for Sampsons Hotel and Restaurant. Take this left turning, and keep left. Sampsons is the last property on the left. There is a large car park around the back of the old farmhouse.
