One of the best English watercolour painting holidays you could experience! Watercolour courses, acrylics courses, drawing classes, painting outdoors and indoors, based at a thatched country house older than Shakespeare, set in the stunning Devon countryside...

Professional artist, Sarah Bell teaches one day watercolour painting for beginners classes, and short break art holidays in a studio housed in a converted barn at her home: Sampsons Farm Hotel and Restaurant by the meadows of the River Teign. Ducks and chickens scratch around the orchard; there are thatched cottages in the hamlet, Sarah Bell - signature graphic

and the river is just down the lane. Dairy cows walk past the gates twice a day to go to the neighbouring farmer's milking parlour: it's pretty relaxed down here!

Painting with Sarah is wonderfully therapuetic for frazzled nerves, and the food at lunchtime is pretty special, too!

National Trust Apple Day - 18 October Come and join Sarah to do some fun printmaking on an apple theme in the orchard at Killerton House, Exeter. Free drop-in sessions (though admission fees apply).
