By booking on any of our courses you agree to abide by our terms and conditions.

What’s included

All art materials for all courses are included in the price.

Basic tea coffee and biscuits are freely available, but please bring your own speciality milks, teas and biscuits if you have special dietary requirements.

We reserve the right to make minor amendments to the course content or prices without notice.

What’s not included

Lunch and accommodation.

Accommodation 

We can offer suggestions on places to stay (see our Where to Stay pages for Penzance and Moretonhampstead) but accept no responsibility or liability for your experience at any of the suggested places.  

Special requirements

Please inform us in advance of any allergies, disabilities, diabetes, pregnancy, epilepsy etc. Please be aware that access to the studio in Penzance involves one flight of wide, shallow stairs. There are WCs on both ground floor and first floor. Disabled parking on site. Basic tea coffee and biscuits are freely available, but please bring your own speciality milks, teas and biscuits if you have special dietary requirements.

Payment  

A deposit per person of the amount stated on the relevant booking page must be paid at time of booking. This is non-refundable after seven days. The balance of the fee, also non-refundable, is payable by cash or cheque on the first day of your workshop

Cancellations

If we have to cancel your course before it begins we will refund your fee in full.

If we have to cancel any liability shall be limited to the refund of fees to those booked on to the course concerned. No liability shall be held to any other party or for any other costs, including accommodation, incurred by the participant.

All bookings are considered firm and no fees are refundable if you need to cancel.                                     

Holiday Insurance

It is essential that you purchase suitable holiday insurance for travel and accommodation. We reserve the right to make minor amendments to the course or prices without notice.

Age requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to attend any course unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

Health & Safety

All guests are responsible for their own safety and are expected to act with the safety of other students in mind.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase. Extensions on dates are not possible. If you are buying a voucher as a gift for someone it is your responsibility to inform the recipient of the expiry date.

Group Bookings

A discount is available for a group booking of four.

The booking will have to made through one person who will be regarded as the group leader through whom all arrangements will be made.
